Fibre Extractor

The machine is constructed from Mild Steel Channels and Angles and is almost silent in operation. An aluminum dimple Tray is provided above which 6 Nos. of special type PVC Rollers are fitted. These rollers rotate at low speeds and are statically charged through friction with the help of woolen felts being in constant touch with these rollers. The tray underneath these rollers vibrate causing the tea on it to constantly move about on the dimple tray and exposes the lighter fibres to the rollers which are pulled out into a chute for a separate discharge from the machine. Heating elements can be provided to keep the Rollers warm and dry for efficient extraction of Fibres.
